Treasures Anew is moving!

Dear Consignors and Clients,

As you may already be aware, the strip mall will be demolished to make room for an LRT station.  The City has given notice that all shops must vacate their premises by September 1, 2018.

I am in the midst of finalizing the lease for a new location.  Fingers crossed, it will be at 1390 Clyde Avenue, Suite 101, Ottawa K2G 3H9 (near Denny’s Restaurant.)    The move date is May 1 and we hope to be open within a week of the move.  Business, in the meantime will continue as usual at our present location until we close the doors on April 29.

All consigned items whose due date is the end of April will be packaged and you will be called for your pick-up one week prior to April 29.  If you wish to bring in items for consignment between March 1 and April 27, you will be asked if you want your items moved and displayed in the new location.  If yes, you will be asked to sign a form giving us permission to move your items and releasing us from any damages or loss (while we will be hiring professional movers to package and transport items to the new location, accidents do occasionally happen). Though we do not expect the move to disrupt business for very long, we will nevertheless provide you with an extended time in the new location, i.e. 3 months instead of 2.  If you do not wish to join us at our new location, we will not be accepting your items for processing between now and  April 27.
